SUPERcredits are our unified credit system that powers all AI agents. Each interaction with an AI agent (training session, real-time assistance, analysis) consumes SUPERcredits. This gives you flexibility to use the agents that provide the most value for your specific needs.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Unused SUPERcredits roll over for up to 3 months.

What happens if I run out of SUPERcredits?

You can purchase additional SUPERcoin bundles at any time. Starter plan customers can buy 50,000 SUPERcredits for $59, Pro customers for $49, and Enterprise customers have custom bundle pricing.

When will the additional 6 AI agents be available?

The complete AI workforce of 6 additional agents (Inbound, Quoting, Cross-selling, Customer Service, Renewal, and Outbound) is scheduled for Q4 2025. Pro and Enterprise customers get early access before general availability.

Is there a setup fee or contract requirement?
